“Refund Policy: 

If found damage / defective – SMOAD may give full refund or replacement.

SMOAD is eligible for a 15-day free replacement or Refund only if found damaged (or) defective. Upon confirmation from SMOAD service desk, customers are advised to keep SMOAD device in original condition including packing, warranty card, user manual, and accessory along with purchase bill for submission during pick-up.

If replacement request is reported from any additional configuration or faulty component, replacement will be issued after physical inspection on hardware “
